            What counts as a transaction?+
            Every sale, invoice, purchase and expense in a month. Bank statements do not count.
            What if I go over my range?+
            Nothing stops and nothing is charged automatically. Up to 20% over your range is fine for up to 3 months in a row; after that we suggest the next size.
            When do you start?+
            Right after payment we verify your company, usually within 10 minutes. Then your accountant gets in touch.
            What if you can't verify my company?+
            If MGD cannot verify your company, you get a full refund, including VAT. Refund initiated within 7 working days; your bank may take 5 to 10 more business days to show it.
            Can I cancel?+
            Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, unused time refunded pro-rata.
            How long do the free reports last?+
            The 10 years gift reports come with every Everything handled package, and you keep them for your whole subscription year.
            Do prices include VAT?+
            No. Prices on this page exclude VAT. 5% VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
            Can you do backlog accounting or an office visit?+
            Yes, quoted separately. Ask from the portal or talk to us.
